History
ELBURG SHIP MANAGEMENT PHILS., INC. is a corporation established under the laws of the Philippines and duly licensed by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) to operate as a manning agent and registered with the Maritime Industry Authority as a ship agent providing allied shipping services.

The company is headed by Capt. NICOLO TERREI, having extensive sea experience, supported by experienced staff some of which has extensive sea background. From 1994, Capt. Terrei has been engaged in the selection, recruitment and training of Filipino Seafarers.

ELBURG SHIPMANAGEMENT PHILS., INC. started its full operations in April of 2005 manning 7 Chemical tanker vessels and a Bulk Carrier vessel with Filipino Crew. On the first month of operations, 8 crew were initially deployed. By the end of December 2005, the company is manning 7 Chemical Tanker vessels, 7 Supply vessels, 3 Bulk Carriers, 2 Floating Stations, and 1 General Cargo vessel with 181 crew onboard.

As of the end of December 2008, the company is manning 86 vessels of various types with 1,150 crew deployed onboard including Steel Supervisors engaged in shipyard surveillance.
