On 28-29 November 2023, Elburg Shipmanagement Phils., Inc. together with I.M.A. Assessment and Training Center, held its 16th Annual Crew Conference highlighting the theme: HUMAN FACTOR: The New Challenge of the Shipping Industry, in New World Makati Hotel. Around 300 of our seafarers, 30 ++ Shipowners and Owner’s Representatives and Industry stakeholders attended the conference.
