Elburg Shipmanagement Phils., Inc. leadership and commitment to Quality Management Systems is very evident and demonstrated by the hands-on approach and taking accountability in the effectiveness of the QMS thru following QMS activities such as communication to the organization, the importance of meeting customer as well as statutory and regulatory requirements, spearheading establishment of the quality policy and ensuring that quality objectives consistent with strategic plans and capabilities of the organization, facilitating risk management sessions, provision of resources needed, integration of QMS into the business processes, issuance of appointment papers and approval of job descriptions and conduct of regular management reviews, and staff meetings.
